Pre-Program Assessment

It’s good to know your starting point

Take the pre-program assessment to learn more about your mind, body, spirit & relationships.

One of the first steps in the Come Alive! Small Group Program is to fill out your Personal Come Alive! Pre-Program Assessment before your first session. Feel free to take the assessment now if you want to. It’s a great way to get introduced to the content and topics of the Come Alive! Program. Your pre-program assessment will provide an accurate record of your starting point. Knowing where you started, will be very valuable at the conclusion of the program – because then you can see how the rhythm of your life has changed.

Learn How Your Health and Faith Are Connected

As you are nearing the end of the Come Alive! Program, and before you finish Session 8, you will be sent a link by your facilitator to take the Post-Program Assessment. Thoughtfully and prayerfully consider your answers as you walk through the assessment. Notice changes in the rhythm of your life that have happened over the time you’ve been participating in the Come Alive! Program. How have your thoughts and actions changed?

Notice your new daily rhythm.

Once the post-program assessment is completed, your results will be emailed to you. Please PRINT a copy for comparison to your pre-program assessment. As you are comparing the two assessments, CELEBRATE YOUR PROGRESS!!

And please allow yourself grace for areas where you want to continue to make improvement. Come Alive! doesn’t end after the 8 sessions. Come Alive! is a life long journey that starts with each new day growing closer to God and continuing healthful practices.
